Blake McCann
Game Developer
My name is Blake McCann. I am a 28 year old, highly ambitious individual who is continuously seeking to improve his skills as a game developer. I was born and raised in L.A. County, California. We had lived in San Diego, California for 4 years until the height of the national pandemic hit. My wife and I then decided to move to Colorado Springs, Colorado in 2020 in the hopes of providing our two boys with a better life.

My professional career consists of over 10 years of mostly sales experience within the pest control industry. As I have had many fond memories throughout career, I have found that sales or pest control is not my true passion... video games are. Since I was a small boy my cousin Nolan and I have enjoyed the creativity and intelligence game developers have put into their games. Some popular games I enjoyed growing up are:

- Metal Gear Solid Series (MGS2 is a favorite)
- Zelda (Ocarina of Time)
- Conker's Bad Fur Day
- God of War I

Honestly, the list goes on and on.
So, my cousin and I used the spare time we had during the Coronavirus pandemic to educate ourselves in Unity and Playmaker in order to bring our first video game to life. Though there is still much more that needs to be completed, I am very excited with the progress that's been made so far. During the day, I am a stay-at-home father to my two boys. At night, I am on the computer making our magic come to life.
Nolan Dugger
Game Developer
I've been a passionate gamer since my parents made the mistake of buying a Super Nintendo when I was 2 years old. From there, I was hooked with Duck Hunter, Super Mario, and The Lone Ranger. Fast-forward into my teen years, I spent more than a considerable amount of time on the Metal Gear Solid series, Counter Strike 1.6, and anything made by Blizzard. At the height of WoW's popularity, I was sponsored by Skill-Capped for a while. Unfortunately, getting paid to make tutorial videos wasn't a viable long-term career option, and so I went into sales for about a decade.
I actually consider myself very fortunate to have worked in various industries that I've had little passion for. It's part of what has pushed me to pursue my passions relentlessly in life, and taught me how to accomplish tasks/goals for things I had no interest in. As my cousin Blake and I grew closer to our 30's, we started thinking about our "legacy", and what kind of message we want to send to the world. With that in mind, in 2020, we decided to embark on this massive adventure of becoming self-taught video game developers. We dove straight in and started drinking from the fire hose, with our ultimate goal being to create kick-ass games that not only would capture your attention, but be the type of game that we would enjoy playing ourselves. Stay in touch to follow our journey!
